I’m so glad you posted this. I recently went through the SAME thing… did my lower body lift then spent the rest of the day at my desk… walked to the washing machine to start laundry and as I was standing completely still I felt my back sort of lock up, (slide out of place almost). I’ve also had a history of back issues but this time it was the worst it’s ever been. Im convinced it was the sitting, not the lift that messed me up. All of what you have said here is SO HELPFUL.

I needed to see this! In the throes of a herniated cervical disc and feeling deflated. Still dealing with pain but this has taught me I can still slowly make my way back.

Thanks for sharing this! It gave me so much hope, as I am currently on day 4 of my lower back injury and was very much in the trenches mentally. This one lifted me up 🥹
