They could also do his attack a 2 stage one, 1st stage - raising Hammer (0, 5-0, 75s.) 2nd stage - smashing (0, 25-0, 5s.). While raising hammer you move slower, but move and only smashing locks you in place OR you can raise hammer and hold it raised till another press (smthing like hank)

My idea with frank (coming from a frank main) is add a bar like mortis long dash that cancels stun/knockback bc 75% of brawlers have a stun/knockback

I think if the main attack just like hank or angelo might be good i think, you can charge while moving and just relish to attack, when charging you gain more range

What if he could attack while walking, but this causes his attacks to be slower? For example, if he is standing still, his attack would take 0, 5 seconds to land, but if he was moving it would take 1 second. I think it could be interesting.
