My er6f(2013) supprised me, its awsome especially for the price tag. looks far superior to the n version(in my opinion) and what can i say im a new rider and it more than ticks my boxes. I passed my mod 2 on an mt07 and it was also wicked .personally i think it is down to the individual both are exellent bikes, especially for "first big bikes" but i went er6 and im happy about my choice. Torque is wicked, its a nice fast bike as is the yam..apples and oranges .. Enjoy and ride safe..

MT-07 is not a track bike! It's the most bang for the buck on the road! :)

Great review! It seemed a more balanced than other reviews I seen on youtube. My personal pick would be the MT07.

MT all the way for me. The ER6N is more expensive, heavier, worse on fuel, doesn't sound as good even with an aftermarket can. The way he describes it in the review says it all MT fun ER sensible.

Absolutely love my 07.  So much fun.  Front is a little soft stock, but you get used to it.  It's really not that bad.

thanks bro, just grab an mt-07 few days ago after convinced by your video, a bit unlucky on color selection, only yellow color left, might repaint or put on full decal to mimic motocage version, love it, its a beast, weight handling was a bit frustrating since it is my first bike and im only 5'1, but im still glad picking it over er6/z800, the weight handling wouldve been a disaster LOL

the MT 07 is that strong in lower gear's tells me a 1 or 2 up on counter gear gets the top speed over 125 1 tooth 130 + 2 teeth fuel gauge moves slower / and yes this guys reviews are top notch

I ride my 2008 er6f almost exclusively on track. I'm only an amateur but I'm surprised at how well this budget bikes does - suspension is firm, cornering does not require much effort, lots of ground clearance, to name a few. A biggest drawback when it comes to track riding is that the tank is mounted too high - hard to get a good grip with the outside leg when cornering at high lean angles. Also breaks are not that good after several hard applications - become heated up and much less effective as a consequence.

Which bike has a better smoother gearbox? I can't have a bike with a CLUNKY gearbox. I know GLADIUS has a great gearbox.
You chose not to mention the GEARBOX performance at all. I guess they are very CLUNKY and I'll go with a GLADIUS.
