Thank you Dr. for all the info and tips you share! Just did the first micro-needling session with exosomes (based on Dr recommendation), I originally went for prp (as they don’t do prf). Still have two more sessions (monthly basis) but no longer want the exos! Is it safe to inject prp over the exosomes I had? Wish I watched this first 😢
Note I’m in my late 40s and never followed a skincare routine.
