A great tip for international students while working in canada is working in a restaurant. Even though I worked in minimum wage job of 20 hours I was making almost the same in tips which meant I could maximize my time. So basically earning 30 bucks an hour. Forever will be grateful for that. So students check out restaurants jobs as servers or bartenders 😉

Let's also not forget that rent asides, basic feeding and clothing costs money but there are ways around that: look for food banks in the community and don't be ashamed to register, it helps you save money on groceries. For clothing needs, sometimes schools have clothing banks too for free pre-loved clothes for students, shop at thrift stores, they have wonderful things too.
