The catch is that Starbucks will ONLY pay for Arizona State University Online. You must work 20 hours a week to achieve this, and if you for some reason get sick or have an emergency and your average hours a week drops, suddenly they stop helping you out. ASU’s credits are also notorious for not transferring to another university where you can receive a better education.

Walmart and Sam’s Club will also pay for 100% of your degree. Although, just like with Target, they’ll only pay for specific degrees from specific schools

And of course, everyone's favorite, the military

They don't do this anymore, but I got a $13, 000 scholarship (split up over 8 semesters) from Walmart because I have a parent that works there. I never had to work there and could use the money for any school I wanted. The only maintenance was submitting a screenshot of my transcripts each semester to show I maintained a 2.0. Definitely worth the time it took to apply.

Last time I checked it's a dollar a day program for employees only for specific schools and degrees. They claim the dollar a day psychologically motivates you, but idk about that.

A lot of companies will do this. T-Mobile also paid 100% for me and McDonalds did a generous portion. I’m in my junior year now and debt free, still having my employers cover the tab

They are all actually "free tuition" up to $5250 per year. It's really not a lot, but it's helpful.

I work at Target and am in university. Target will only pay for a specific set of universities tuition through their "Dream to be" program. Their selection is quite small so dont get your hopes up. They dont pay for my education.
