I think the one where Amy might not win the Nobel Prize should be higher. A Nobel Prize was the one thing that he always wanted and the fact that he was going to turn it down if it didn’t include Amy just shows how far he had come since the beginning. At the beginning of the show, he most likely would have accepted it, no questions asked, but the fact that Amy had become a huge impact on his life and how much she changed him to the point where he refused to win a Nobel Prize without her is just beautiful.

A better example of Sheldon’s prowess is when Wolowitz (I think) makes a comment about sex being short, something like 10 minutes, and Sheldon looks at Amy and says something to the effect “have we been doing it wrong? When we did it it took us hours” and Amy gives a very mellow satisfied smile to the camera

Who would’ve thought in 12 seasons Sheldon would be in a committed relationship, married to Amy, living with Amy, slept with Amy, his entire weekly routine changed and finally put his selfishness aside in his Nobel speech and thanked his friends for still being in his life. That is what I call growth! Plus Sheldon and Amy’s first time still cracks me up from Penny’s reaction to Amy’s as well as the slight awkwardness of the moment.

The Tiara scene is my absolute favorite! Mayim had so many scenes stealing moments. I remember she once said that she was actually going through her divorce when they filmed the wedding dress episode so it was pretty emotional for her. It just made it that much more real.
