How to Make the Perfect Fish Roll | Fish Roll Recipe!

Hi everyone, in this video I share how to make the perfect fish roll recipe.❤️

INGREDIENTS : For the filling
1 or 2 Mackerel Fish
1 medium onion chopped
1/4 of a red bell pepper Finley chopped
1/2 tsp Curry powder
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
1/2 tsp fish seasoning powder
1/2 tsp chili pepper powder
1/4 salt
*1 Tbsp of flour slurry to bind the filling.

For the dough:
3 cups all purpose flour
1 Tbsp sugar ( optional )
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
1 large egg
1 Tbsp melted unsalted butter
1 cup milk or water *Add the liquid bit by bit
Enough oil to deep fry
