I love IT..but hate how every couple years new jargon comes around that means pretty much the same as it did before...just a new term or terms for the same thing....we should keep the jargon SIMPLE if we can...thanks for a great video....

Always considered an SLA between a vendor and a client. Are you suggesting that sla's can exist inside of a company?
