What Ibuprofen Does to the Body #shorts

Dr. Janine shares what ibuprofen does to the body. She looks at how ibuprofen is often used to relieve headaches, toothaches, menstrual cramps, and other ailments. Ibuprofen lowers the body’s production of prostaglandins. Dr. Janine explains how this can lead to an imbalance of your body’s fluid pressure causing and decrease in kidney function and an increase in blood pressure. She looks at how chronic use of ibuprofen can also lead to stomach bleeding. Dr. Janine suggests using a natural anti-inflammatory like turmeric curcumin, with a 95 percentile curcuminoids.

I’ve been taking ibuprofen for years for headaches and for fevers whenever I get the flu and I’ve never had any trouble with it as long as you don’t abuse it you’ll be fine.

I have sciatica and I use ginger daily because it works very well to take away my leg pain, so I put a pinky tip of freshly sliced ginger into my tea everyday. Hope this info helps. I've also heard that turmeric can have a negative affect on the kidneys when used long-term.

Ya, tried that curcumin remedies hun, it didn't do squat, Motrin barely helps with my severe rheumatologic pain, alternating with Tylenol and pain reliever creams ( OTC).

If you're a doctor why don't you know about Taurean preventing stomach lesions from ibuprofen?
Yes, taurine can protect the stomach from the damaging effects of ibuprofen:
Antioxidant properties
Taurine's antioxidant properties may help protect the stomach from damage caused by ibuprofen.
Reduces lipid peroxidation
Taurine can reduce lipid peroxidation, which is a marker for tissue damage caused by free radicals.
Inhibits neutrophil activation
Taurine can inhibit the activation of neutrophils, which are a type of white blood cell.
Increases antioxidant enzyme activity
Taurine can increase the activity of antioxidant enzymes like superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), and glutathione peroxidase (GPX).
Taurine is a nutritional supplement that has many other potential health benefits, including:
Preventing and treating obesity, cardiovascular disease, and disorders associated with aging
Inhibiting the growth of tumors
Enhancing the health of bones and skin
Preventing and treating neurological disorders
However, taurine can interact with other drugs, including anesthetics, analgesics, antidepressants, antibacterials, antiepileptics, alcohol, and aspirin.

Five years ago I moved my mom out of her house. I was 68 at the time and it was hard work. I took ibuprofen everyday a few times a day for a week. I ended up in hospital with a blood clot in my lungs. Doctor said ibuprofen was not responsible but after doing my own research I found out it was. Now it is common knowledge. Bad stuff for sure.
