How To Build an L-Shaped Executive Desk | DIY Woodworking

Today on Modern Builds I'm going to show you how to make this plywood desk that's perfect if you need to get more space out of your office area. I used 3/4" plywood in the classic Mid-Century Modern "Executive" desk style to create a unique look. Great cost effective bare bones deal. I thought the reinforced inner sides made a ton of sense structurally and great for the look of the legs as well. The only recommendation I would make is edge banding the desktop with 1X2s not merely for the look but to protect the plywood edge.

I think you're targeting the wrong audience with this. Executive, no. Budget functional need a desk now but can't afford a nice one DIY, YES. It has merit for the right audience though.
