There is another milk substitute that I've bought which is really gross tasting called Ripple. Its made from chick peas and has a bitter acrid taste that tastes like how pavement/roads smell like after being moistened with the first minutes of rainfall, or burning plastic/tires. I havent found a good chick pea food product, just like the Barilla Protein Plus pasta that has a weird "slimy" mouthfeel.
