I worked with a guy from Manitoba . Early in his work, he drove truck. He got assigned a Hayes . He complained about being given an old truck ."What are you talking about, it's 2 years old ?" Timeless.

The Corn Popper was like the one on the old mixer I herded and also the 1st mixer I ever drove. 6-71 and a 9-speed OD. Thanks, Pal and Blessings!

Hayes were one tough truck I drove one in the oilpatch years ago HD 80. nice looking. truck also double framed. 5 + 4 transmission 350 Cummins that was big. power back then , huge fuel tanks and. the Jake. held. good. going. downhill in steep hills or mountains, good. metal in. truck cab I am sure most Hayes trucks were used in. oilfield Logging, construction and mining operations back. in. the day ( and you would. not have too worry about plastic built in the truck cab or computers back. then) J. Coughlin trucking. had. a bunch of them back for. oilfield rig. moving and they were based out of Edmonton, Alberta / have a good day. Skadill. good video/ Bill. S

Effing swing fender Dodge. I used to work at Cummins in Toronto in the '70s and would hate to work on those things whether they had a 555 or an inline NTC-855 engine. Nothing was pleasant no matter what part of the engine required service or repairs.
