Excellent video! I have to make four concrete "feet" for an art assemblage that will be cast from a doll head and shoulders. I need to secure a bolt down the middle, and I am thinking I can hot glue one in the mold for each pour. I think I would have to make the mold the exact depth of the original so I can access top and bottom.

I make soaps and I am always looking for nice silicone molds but they are hard to get them as I want and the ones I like I have to buy them online, it takes like 40 days to get them, but with this video I am totally inspired to make my own molds!

Hi there! I'm new to this, so excuse me if it's a "stupid question". I'm trying to make a mold of my hand, that i want to be able to use many times. Is this safe to stick my hand in? How long does it take tu cure? Just so I know if I have to have some snacks close by to survive a long wait! =p Thank you!!

I wanted to cast a small model from either a silicone or plaster mold. What type of concrete should I use, like the aggregate that makes finer grade kind of concrete, for a small model about the size of an adult fist.
