High Vibes! The seat of the observer is our true seat. We are the awareness which lies beyond the mind ❤🙏✊🙂

6:11 "...when we lose ourselves to our inner movies, we miss the present moment and close our minds and hearts to the world..." gives me the picture of myself in the past and I can now see the real reason why I responsed like that: I was regarding myself as if I was gonna be judged, so that inner movie disconnected me to the world outside and I couldn't truly listen to the others' words couldn't comprehend how they were feeling, resulting in poor human relation.
This help me a lot, Seba Haddad. Thank you!!! I wish you all the best.

This is my all time favorite Ted Talk! I love the concept of sitting in the seat farthest from your ego, this will help me be more mindful and calm in my daily life.

Very true, I find at peace when I am in an observer state of mind. No judgment, no emotion attached just pure information gathering. See life for what it is and make wise decisions to carved your paths.

Quieting the mind is a practice that will come with practice. One of the best ways to do this is to direct your attention to your heart. Where you focus goes energy flows. Taking a mindful deep breath is also a great technique. Practice, and we can achieve the "I am presence" and enjoy just being. Namaste. 🙏

I am also a thinker, today at morning I just try meditation for become the calm minded. But, it didn't work for me. From then, I'm just telling myself that something is missing I'm not going right direction. And today at evening luckily this video pop up and I get my answer. Thankyou so much❤

I can't have inner peace, because I am a thinker. I think about people, problems, ideas and deadlines. I think therefore I am. There is an answer to everything and someone somewhere had already thought and written about it. And so I seek knowledge through books and theories. People tell me I overthink and over analyse and I tell them it's how I understand the World. My mind is very active as is yours.

2:53 Something monumental happened that catapulted me to a position where I had no answers and no understanding of the world. There was no solution that someone somewhere had thought about. My only option was to accept and be open to whatever came my way

Hi Seba, I am the most astonished person on planet earth! (I'm from Srilanka) I've been into "the now moment", "the present moment awareness", "non duality" and stuff. I never knew you had blended and distilled all that into a beautiful 10 minutes of a TED, and 5 yrs ago.! Would you believe that those 10 minutes were the "aha" moment of my searching life? Long Live the Queen of S(h)eba! (In case you didn't latch on to the pun, Queen of Sheba) is wealthy Queen mentioned in the Bible)

Who creates the thought?
Who choose the thought?
Who is a thinker?
Who correct the thought?
Who is a observer?
What is the difference between mind and brain?
Can we be detach observer always?
Thanks for sharing powerful positive beautiful information.... Love you from my depth of heart
