ABOUT THIS GAME
Hello Neighbor is a stealth horror game about sneaking into your neighbor's house to figure out what horrible secrets he's hiding in the basement. You play against an advanced AI that learns from your every move. Really enjoying climbing through that backyard window? Expect a bear trap there. Sneaking through the front door? There'll be cameras there soon. Trying to escape? The Neighbor will find a shortcut and catch you.

0:19 - you can see that he is constantly starting and stopping the footage to make it look like he jumped over the wall

0:32 - again, another start and stop

0:49 - you can see that the cycle switched from day to evening to day again over a few dozen frames.

1:11 - you can very obviously see that is fake. for around 5 - 6 frames, you can see that it has turned to daytime and there is a beartrap there.

1:25 - you can see that somehow he managed to grab another tv out of thin air. but it is probably the television he used to fling himself over the trigger point so i'll let it slide

1:33 - for a very brief moment, you can hear the neighbor gasping sound for a very brief moment

1:46 - somehow he managed to clip through the wall

1:50 - again, another skip

1:52 - there is no possible way he would've been able to make that jump without an umbrella.

I’d love to see a break down of some of these tas clips to find out what makes them work I can sort of see how some are done but others just look so hard the tas can’t even do it properly

Okay, so, straight away in this run, you want the ball to kill you, then glitch a painting into the basement, then run through here then go into the final room, then sneak out of the first Act 2 room, then get out, then move onto Act 3, go through your house, enter the neighbor's house, then glitch the lamp into the basement, then run through the basement, use the TV to get through the exit door, then do the house skip, and you go into where he keeps his son, then protect him from the creepy guy, and you just run through the void, and you know, you've not got to worry about him anymore. You have completed the game. So, you just run this way, and the game finishes right there in 4 minutes and 59 seconds, so that's the fastest time beaten in Hello Neighbor.
