It’s sad when you actually think about it he is a broken father who had his daughter die his son taken or he went missing from running away and his wife left him or possibly died too. He is just sad and has nobody to be with so he is all lonely in his house and going through stress and most likely depression.

For those who don’t know: Their son killed their sister on accident, so to prevent him from getting arrested from the police, he trapped him in the basement. So the reason he’s saying “Where is he!?” is because he’ll be arrested and his wife died in a car crash, being all alone.

The neighbour - the man in the Blue diamond jumper - had a wife, daughter and a son. Since his wife and daughter died, the mother dying in a car-crash, the son pushing the daughter to her death on a plank connected to the house in hello neighbour 2 (hide and seek), he’d been very lonely. Thankfully his son survived. The neighbour is very protective over his son because he doesn’t want to lose him. Thats why he was saying, “Where is he!!??” Because it was his son. ❤

For people who don't know: there is an animated series called "welcome to raven brooks", it's about a group trying to solve the mysteries of Mr Peterson all while trying to survive. Mr Peterson locked his son up in his basement and the pitch black character in his house is the son. Me Peterson is dangerous and locked his son (and other kids) in his basement because his wife dies in a car crash and he was mad so he just went on a kidnapping spree.
