question ryan what should you do if a customer is always complaining about his or her order and is never happy even thou we get their orders correctly?

Yes please make a video… considering that every restaurant I go to and it doesn’t matter high or low end plan out suck from service to food!!
I truly think no matter what system you have if you don’t have good employees it will never work…. Hopefully you can prove me wrong?

Question for you, Sir. If a customer mistakenly put a recyclable tray or basket in the garbage, and then apologized after you corrected them and explained why it can't be disposed, what would you say to him? Is there any chance you would add, "Just don't let it happen again"?
