My dont have this star, what should I do?

Please help! I deleted a contact from my phone because the name was wrong and trying to edit name didn't work, so I deleted to put back in again. Now I have the contact in my phone with the right name, but I cannot get it back into my favourites. An update must have removed this function or made it happen in some other way, because I'm not getting the same options as you show here. Any help much appreciated!

Ok, figured it out, sort of. It's not called favourites anymore, it's under something in group settings called 'starred in android'. I had to add contact from the SIM to the Phone. Seems a bit messy, but I guess it worked.
