How to Cut OUT Part of a Video

This tutorial shows you how to cut OUT a section of your video or remove a middle part using a free online tool called Kapwing. Quick cuts are a popular video editing technique for YouTubers and other creators.

1. Open the Cut tool on Kapwing (or go to Kapwing Studio and Trim)
2. Click "+ Add Cut"
3. Select the section you want to remove or cut out (Repeat 2-3 for all the cuts you want)
4. Click "Done" and add any other edits you want
5. Publish to process the cut video
6. Share!

I was struggling with a program I downloaded today and this is so much easier and more intuitive! I was using a short practice video because I'm brand new to video editing. The only problem is that the video I need to edit is 35 minutes long, so if I want to use it, I'll need to subscribe, at least for one month. It might be worth it to do that.
