Please help how do I handle a situation where I'm locked out of the contribution table, my input and suggestions not put into practice .when things get blown out of line they'll call me for rectification. I do acknowledge the fact that not all my suggestions will be taken as solution but correcting a situation which I've put into attention and down looked, it kicks me out of interest.
Treated as a commoner, but a commoner who has solution when things go bad. I feel like I'm nagging my leading team.please help sir, i have good interest for my organisation and that is the way I can grow in my career as you've mentioned earlier but I'm not taken serious.
