'Senior moment': Joe Biden's gaffes show it's 'time to enact the 25th Amendment'

The White House is defending Joe Biden after the president made numerous off the cuffs comments about Vladimir Putin while visiting Poland.

Over the weekend, President Biden said Putin "cannot remain in power" after his actions in Ukraine.

On Monday he told reporters he makes "no apologies" for his remark while holding a “cheat sheet” with answers to the questions reporters were likely going to ask him.

Many online commentators disparaged Joe Biden for needing to rely on talking points to answer straight forward questions about foreign policy.

He's not slipping or gaffing; he's in moderate cognitive decline. He reminds me of our Stage 2 managed care patients where we move them from independent living to the supervised wards. It is not a senior moment. Trump is almost the same age. It is dementia and can affect people much younger. Joe was never razor sharp and he has rapidly declined, but it much more of a health issue than an age issue.
