What workers need to know if they have multiple dates of injury (multiple workers' comp claims)

When an injured workers has two or more injuries on the job, and they occur near to one another, it can mean multiple primary treating physicians (one for each injury), it can mean multiple QME's depending on timing, and it can mean multiple Stipulations at settlement. This video goes through some common issues that come up when workers have two or more injuries at the same job.

Thank you for your videos. I have 2021 California (hand/wrist)WC claim receiving TTD, also have 2013 WC (foot)that is open. The older claim in Alaska is going to stop TTD benefits (just started)due to California TTD. My question is can you receive total disability benefits for different body parts from different states? Thanks for any information

What if I have multiple claims, different dates stretched out with same body parts over lapping. How is that figured in a stipulation payout?
