HOA can't just extend the jurisdiction onto private land without the owners concent. Another BS story if they went through proper channels Max would've been informed by due process from the county not the HOA. Zoning changes don't happen over night there is a notice period and time for public comment. Also still want to see the law about community standards / the good of the community and who gets to decide those being more important than private property rights
