A few years ago, On DMX’s interview on The Breakfast Club he was asked about if he liked Drake. He said he hates the way he looks, the way he dresses, the way he talks etc. I believe the line in Not Like Us, is an homage to DMX, while agreeing with DMX as well.

The snippet he posted, could be a response to Family Matters ending where drake says "Ya dead" multiple times, at start of the snippet Kendrick says "I am... Reincarnated"
