hello! i’ve taken notice in your video w/ the workout segment and I have some questions — do you use your apple watch when working out in tandem w/ your ring? do you start your workout directly on the apple watch and have the data populate on the ring app? is it easier to do workouts from your apple watch rather on the ring?

i’d like to get an ultrahuman ring for day to day use while still using my apple watch for fitness. should i use my apple watch watch solely for fitness? or can I use them together and generate more health data?
