What To Do If You Break No Contact With Your Ex...

What should you do if you accidentally (or intentionally) break the No Contact rule with your ex after a breakup? No Contact is normally supposed to last 30 days, but what if you only managed to complete half of that time before reaching out to your ex...? What should you do to rescue the situation? Do you start the 30 Day No Contact period all over again?

In this video, I'll explain what to do if you contacted your ex too early... what to do if you broke down and reached out to your ex during the 30 days of No Contact... and when you should (and shouldn't!) re-start No Contact.

So, if you've been attempting to use the No Contact or Radio Silence strategy on your ex to get them back, and it didn't go as planned... or if they reached out to you... or if you're dying to break No Contact and talk to them.... this video is for you!

Thanks for the encouragement! I felt bumped out about breaking my month & a half long of "NO" contact. I felt as though as I've given her my power. After me catching her cheating on me, not once but twice. I have no desire to take her back! TRUST ME! I can't believe I slipped up! Although, she sounded pleased to hear from me. I did 21 days with no contact and on the exact 21 I contacted my ex and he was completely cold and told me his heart is cold and I’ll never have him again. I feel worse now than on the actual break up and the feelings of rejection are 10x worse. Do not break the contact and keep adding 30 days after every 30 days end

I applied the “No Contact” 1 month after break-up (I contacted her daily for the entire month after she broke up). ONLY 3 DAYS IN and she regretted the choice of breaking up!!! No contact is hard, my long distance bf dumped me a bit over a week ago and I broke it last night. It just felt like we were realer than playing a no talk for 30 days game and we could talk about anything and everything when we were together. He also made it hard because he kept liking my social media posts which felt like it was an invitation that he was still thinking of me. I had to realize though we were not together we are different. He doesn't want to speak to me at all and it's very clear now. I have a lot of thinking to do in terms of if I even want to contact him in 30 days at this point, and am looking forward to working on some of my personal goals in this time.

I’ve broke it two times. Once I reached out just asking if she met my good friend at this party. Then the second time was today, I was trying to remove her from my favorite contact and I didn’t know how to do that. I was so set and executed no contact and then literally 2 days later, she messaged me asking how my first day in my new promotion went, which completely threw me off balance.
