Today I’d like to talk about how many times you can get away with breaking the no contact rule before it loses full effectiveness.

By looking at success stories who have broken no contact multiple times and gotten their exes back we might find our answer.

Broke no contact after two weeks… no reply…. Bumped into her a week later and we just waved at each other, and I left the cafe…. Called her 3 days later and she picked up saying she doesn’t want a relationship with anyone, and wants to focus on herself and self exploration as she’s only 27 (I’m 38) and has a lot of things she wants to do in her life before she’s 30…. Guess I just have to accept she’s not coming back ever???? She did say maybe in the future, but I think that might just be to keep me as an option when she’s ready to settle down… by the way she’s FA.

I broke no contact a few days ago 2 weeks after the brekaup! We talked a bit over 4 days but she addmited she still hates me yesterday. We talked nicely and even she liked our conversations a little but told me shes still too hurt and hasnt healed. Idk what to do now, im blocked everywhere again and seem to lose hope! i wasnt doing NC really i was giving her alittle space and reached out 5 times. she blocked me. been nc now for 13 days

I broke NC after two months with a text to tell her that I sent her a video message. She replied immediately to the text to say that she was going to watch the video soon. In the video message, I wished her a happy birthday and told her that I’ve accepted she isn’t capable of being in a relationship right now. Then I suggested being friends or friends with benefits. It’s been two weeks, and she still hasn’t responded at all. 🤷

So what happens when they reach out and then you find out they’re still dating someone new - I was gracious about it all and he still cares for me as I’m going through a physical healing process - so I get to a place of Nah not that interested anymore, nice that he still wants a connection … we’re just friends now btw
