I have 3 toddlers and I larger bags are my 'daily' backpack when I go out. I'm getting this bag :)

I have this bag. I love it. Love what you guys are doing and working on. Congrats! Two months as my EDC. I am 6'3" so this bag is proportional to me. It's large but I rarely load it fully. Compared to my Bellroy 38L Transit, it's significantly larger. Materials and zippers: quality through and through. Fit: Large but very comfortable. Pockets: near-perfect layout and size for travel and EDC. Room for passport, phones, sunglasses, wallets. It beats my Bellroy 38L transit in many ways; shoulder straps, size, water bottle pockets, structure, materials, aluminum stays and zippers. Overall, worth every penny and more. D Do you have a CTB35 versus CPL 28 size comparison? Oh, and how can I get a phoenix version? ;)

Loved the design of the Civic Loader but there was 1 omission which stopped me from buying that (but which this larger travel bag has) - a luggage loop strap. Perhaps this feature can be considered in a future iteration of the Civic Loader which is more suited to users of smaller builds yet still a decent size for travelling.

This thing is 🔥 Nice work gents. Would be cool to see some of these updates in a 26/28L size.

Any chance an 18L pack is also in the works? :)

I got the MPL30 for that exact purpose. Now I’d love to trade it for this one! I’m craving that separated laptop pocket!
The only worry is that it is probably a bit big for my small body.

Ordered 11/26/21, looking forward to it.

Great work as always! Have you had a chance to fly with this bag yet? My only issue is accessing the laptop compartment on a plane. Whether the bag fits under the seat, or is stored in the overhead bin, it seems you’ll have to pull it all the way out to get to that side access. So, you’re either pulling it all the out from under seat and placing it in your lap, or your pulling it all the way out of the overhead bin and trying to place it on a seat back or armrest without bothering other passengers. Maybe this isn’t intended for long flights?

Hi. Will you make one with an orange interior like the Phoenix? Thanks.

It’s a beautiful bag. Please share length so I can order at 3 - if it works for my short torso (can’t go longer than 19”). Desperate for travel bag even though I am going nowhere. Hey, I can dream. How about yes or no: is it less than 20” long?

Okay, this is dope and could replace multiple bags in my line-up (already including 3 EG bags 😂).
Anyone got any tips on the song/artist at the start of video? Thanks in advance!

I cannot see anyone addressing the lack of compression straps on this bag om the sides. Is it just me that uses this feature on most of my bags not only for compression but for latching stuff, or securing water bottles. I am sure there was a design objective behind the decision of not having these, but I haven’t heard it or seen it addressed on any video. I believe pack hacker reviews talks about this and does say that a small water bottle and perhaps other small items will easily slide out of the sides bags when not secured. Maybe a looong shot, but it’d be great to hear from the good people at evergoods themselves why this feature, which seems a no brainer for me has been omitted in this and many other of their bags. Maybe the idea is to have smaller bottles inside the main compartment?

Having said that I am still seriously considering this bag after purchasing a 20l panel loader, and the CAP1 and wanting something for work/leisure short flight trips that is bigger but has all of the nice features from their other bags.

The bottle pocket looks awkward to me. Isn't it?

Surprised that you don't at least acknowledge that this is an iteration of the unmissed CIVIC 40L, which is maddeningly difficult to actually use on a trip. One silver lining of so much less travel during the pandemic is that I've barely had to pick that thing up since March of 2020. I salute those of us who shelled out for those mistakes so that EVERGOODS could try again. Good luck on this next swing!

I actually would not have minded the original back panel coloring that you showed from your ski to work scene.

Can you speak to the water resistant capabilities of this bag?
