I returned from IS yesterday, second visit. The snow was unremembered, but it didn’t spoil the visit as the weather changed sun-snow every 10 mins. Thanks Bery for all the advice. I can't wait for my third visit, even though I'm 23 000 steps(16 km) / day x 4 days (with public transport) ... it was worth this foot pain hahaha. It is recommended to go with as empty suitcases as possible, because there is always a lack of places in suitcases in Istanbul.

This year (july) 2023 it w
as expensive almost everything in Istanbul. Family room 2 adults and 2 children 180€/night, Taksim. The cheapest is still local transportation 9, 90 TL. Ferry 10 TL. Tickets for tourist are 3 times more. For Galata tower we had to show passorts for kids. Tickets are way more expensive. Taxi driver wanted only euros not liras. They changed a lot.
