Participants will have an opportunity to review and discuss a research-based framework (elements) for Leadership Agility. Since 2001, this framework has been used globally by organizations (companies, government agencies, universities, etc.) as a core element of their leadership development initiatives.

The COVID-19 Pandemic has become a defining disruption impacting leaders in organizations across the globe. Leaders will be confronted with future disruptions as well as ongoing VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) characterizing a turbulent business environment.
