Books such as these have been described as 'Charming guides' ~ I welcome charm and if at all possible, a bit of guidances LOL. This book was in my December box. I agree with you it is not so well organized. I had never owned a spell book before so it was fun for me to get one. I would have liked it a lot more if it explained why they work - just because I am the kind of person that likes to know exactly why is doing something - but all in all it was a fun book to get.
