This made me immediately think of how easily I could clean any blood stains from my clothes from period blood like damn that'd be awesome not having to wake up at 3 am to find myself bloody and washing my pants while everyone in the house is asleep

I'm always surprised at how many people don't know this. I grew up using this on period stains, nosebleed stains (especially on pillows), and to help loosen other stains that we couldn't use bleach on. Other helpful tips include:

Vinegar and baking soda are great for cleaning carpets, and you can microwave vinegar to wipe your microwave clean easier.

Baking soda mixed with water can help whiten your teeth, but don't do it too often and try not to swallow.

Acetone, or Nail Polish Remover, is one of the most powerful things you can use to wipe off paint and residue, and even eats through plastic if you're not careful!

Magic Erasers are the best type of sponge ever. They wipe up basically anything, can be scrubbed down to nothing and still work, and can be used on stoves, sinks, tubs, walls, tables, metal, plastic, you name it! But don't use it on dishes.
