I like all of your many tips! I took courses in upholstery back when I was in auto body school. Way back, when dinosaurs roamed the earth! Thinking about taking it up, have an old truck project that will need a new seat.

Hey Mr. Rudolph, love your instructions & videos; I'm taking an upholstery class right now too and only worked on house furniture but my end goal is to reupholster my chevy truck dash, door panels and bucket seats in vinyl. Could you add some discussion on material selections especially vinyl and quality types & vendors? Any help in this area will greatly reduce my reworks & wastage as I learn and work toward a custom interior. Also would really love to stack up an applique of my college mascot on the center backs of the high back buckets. All ideas would be great.

Good video and techniques! Always great to have 3 hands (technique 955)! My first job the lead guy would say, "sauvey?" a lot. I caught his drift. Juno what I mean?

Enjoying your vids. Could you post a link to the markers you use? I've bought chalk that hardly marks, erasable markers that don't erase, etc. Just need a dark marker for light covers and a white marker for dark covers. Thanks!
