Some must-try mods:
1. Cryptid: an intentionally unbalanced mod for balatro (it comes with old steam modded [the modding api] so the only other mods i know work with this are card sleeves and more fluff and also talisman which lets you increase the score limit before naneinf vanilla about 300 something e chips)
2. neato jokers: dont know, uch but saw it from roffle lite

for up to date steam modded download it seperatly through github (every other mod as well) please use a tutorial it helped me mod my game

P.S. If you want to change mod settings open the mod tab in the main menu/pause screen (some mods have their own) and if you want to instantly 100% the collection press the button in the save file select screens (it disables achievements) and to instantly unlock 100% of mod collections do so through mod settings (instructions to open seen above)

Pro Tip: separate your vanilla and modded saves if you want (through the save file select screen)
