Oceanic & Hollis Regulators Recall

Huish Outdoors who own Oceanic and Hollis is recalling worldwide nine regulator models due to them being a drowning hazard. According to the consumer product safety commission, the regulators in question may restrict airflow to low tank pressures below 500psi, this, of course, is a safety risk to scuba divers.

The nine models in question were sold between Oct 2017 to June 2018, so how do you check to see if your regulator is one that is defective? Well pinned in the comments is the recall pages for Hollis and Oceanic, click on the link go through the steps to find out whether your regulator is effected and get your reg sent back to them so they can fix it.

I have a scuba pro regulator. I wound not want to play scuba knowledge jeopardy against mark. He knows way more than I do.

You should be back on the boat or land before you even get to 500 psi common knowledge in open water scuba diving class
