Welcome to Day Eight of the 24 days until Christmas Challenge to get ready for the Christmas Holidays🎄
Today we are focusing on our legs and glutes. We are going to start with a quick warm up.
The workout is parted into 2 sections.
Standing with weights and a yoga block and Standing without weights with a chair followed by a finisher. We are going to end the session with a cool down. I am using 5kg and 4 kg dumbbells.
Have fun and enjoy the burn. Let´s go.
