Thank you for this! I'm so glad I upgraded my rig to a 9700K last black Friday. I've always wondered how it perform in 1080p compared to the new Gen CPU's. Not a single big channel reviewers included the 9700K in their reviews of their 10th and 11th gen for comparison. As if Intel told them to not include it because it made their new shiny expensive platform look bad.

I have an i7 7700K with ROG Maximus Formula mobo and just upgraded my gpu to 3080 for 4k gaming and it still kicking ass I'll probably switch my cpu in 2023 but for now I'm sticking with it.
