I think the biggest problem in low elo that nobody wnats to admit, is they are scared. They don't purposely bait, or lurk, or not push, they just value their life too much and don't want to go into conflict/take easy fights.

I had a duelist one time who never entry and just lurks every single round
Ye he got kills but our whole team couldnt push without a duelist ihad to do the entry as a gekko since everyone didnt wanna risk dying first

I have a question, in the beginning you talked about being the last alive, and how to fix this. I understan how this could be bad but I find that I actually perform the best in clutch situations being able to make decisions instantly, hit all my shots, and get aces almost all of the time. So I do sometimes try to be last alive to setup these scenarios (btw, I main Jett, Raze, and Kj. I am Silver 2)
