I stopped doing gratitude a long time ago. Every time I do a gratitude exercise, the thing I’m focusing on goes downhill. Also, have had times when I’ve felt angry, bitter, and resentful but some sort of blessing still came my way. Really starting to think that either this is all nonsense and the world really is just completely random or none of this applies to me for whatever reason. This information isn't a secret nor is it new. The Law of Attraction does work to a certain extent. It's not only about what we think will be.
