Don't get fooled by any paid reviews, Please check the description: It says like: "In this video I’ll be sharing my true experience of using the Emma mattress from past 3 years, so that if you’re looking for a mattress this guide will help you out. ".
This can be true statement only if she got the mattress before 3 years at least. which might not be true because as far as I know Emma launched their mattress in India in November 2023. I might be wrong but it is very difficult to belive that these reviewers are actually using the Emma mattress from past 3 years. Do your own homework before buying anything just by seeing YT video.

How to select inches? Are they based on weight or how it works?

Would you recommend this for someone with a neurological disorder whose mobility is very limited? So ability to move while in bed is important and so is edge support to prevent falls. Thanks in advance 🙏

DO NOT buy Emma mattress and their mattress protector. Their customer care executive are extremely unprofessional and un ethical. I got a customized mattress of size 75 x 70..Later on their customer care executive "Zoya" told me that i can buy a mattress protector of 75 x 72 which will fit on 75 x 70 mattress. I specifically highlighted to her that it might not fit but she kept on saying that it will fit because its stretchable.I trusted her but when i tried to fit in..it did not fit well. And now these guys are denying that that is not returnable /refundable but Ziya told me that they will get that fixed. It has been more than 2 months but they r not eager to resolve this. DO NOT BUY EMMA PRODUCTS..EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL ANBD UNETHICAL COMPANY.

try calling Customer care, no one ll response. Leave warranty, even within 7 days of purchase if u are able to reach customer care to replace i bet u ll be disappointed
