Yea I have a Nectar and it's only good in moderate to cooler climates. When I wanted my money back for a return they offered me a cooling cover. ( Why wasn't it on the mattress in the first place?) Then their final offer was 500 dollars cash back which I took. This mattress looks amazing for hot sleepers.

Since you guys have been testing it for a while, may I ask does it sag a lot after some time of use?

I bought one in November 2024 and am returning it. The longer I have this mattress, the worse it gets. The also recently changed 365 day trial to 120. I’m guessing because there are so many returns. Do not get this mattress. Customer service is also a huge pain to deal with, and “somehow” no one seems to be in their pickup area. So they make you do the heavy lifting of getting the mattress out.
