Correct order for third eye activation-

Healing - emotionally, physically, mentally first.

Work- work on your root chakra and lower body chakras first.

Then only go for third eye otherwise its goona be rollercoaster without seatbelt.

I tried last night specific akashic record meditation, jab 108 baar ॐ नमः शिवाय karke, permission maangi, kuch dikhaane laga, only then some external forces se distribnce suddenly huyi jaise ki animals sounds, car horns and neighbours loud noise.. tho jab sogayi, dream ma ye dekhi ki bohat saare dark entities tried to stop me from accessing akashic records and mai ॐ नमः शिवया bolthy gayi dream ma b for protection. I'll try again 👍for few days
