When the meditation started. I felt myself going somewhere and I became really afraid. But I told myself I would never leave you and I sobbed so deeply before I entered. My past was a green book, my present was a purple book, and my future was a beautiful red book. All rimmed with gold pages.

That was the most beautiful library i have ever seen, I didnt want to leave, it was absolutely magical and huge and the smell and even the feeling of the floor was breathtaking, I even was greeted by the beautiful library keepers, what a magical experience ❤❤❤❤

Plants! My future is with plants. I need to deep dive into biology.
The past was in a black book, sad and heavy and not something I wanted at the moment.
Present was a purple book. No messages.
Future was a green book that kept blooming with leaves and vines!

Funny, I'm cultivating a decent sized garden for the first time ever and I love it.

I just did this meditation for the 3rd time - I didn’t get any answers this time but the most amazing experience: when I went into the library I saw myself as a ball of light but with my arms stretched out of it. I soared up into the middle of the building and was spinning round - I had the most powerful feeling of love, bliss and joy in my chest. I can’t remember such a strong feeling of love for a very long time ❤

I am still dipping my feet into meditation but I have noticed that certain meditations I do I feel soo paralyzed and heavy but sooo at peace with it. I dont freak out or panic but simply embrace it and acknowledge that I feel it and I know its there. I sink into my body like I have never felt before and when I come to my senses as it ends I feel myself come from within to my reality of where I am, when I open my eyes I feel much taller than I am (average height). Even though I am experiencing these feelings and point out exactly what I felt during that meditation my question is, is that all “normal” feelings/ experiences I am suppose to be feeling. I still need to learn how to quiet my mind and keep it from wondering here and there, but today’s meditation was simply AMAZING. Plus her voice is sooo soothing and calming to me. I feel so rejuvenated and full of energy. I did not want my experience to end!
