I am beyond excited for this. Elizabeth of York is one of the most fascinating and little-known queens in history. I sincerely hope they don't go crazy with her being rebellious as this trailer implies; she was a kind, bright, beautiful, and beloved queen who played a vital role in the founding of the Tudor dynasty just as she was. This show shouldn't embellish her unnecessarily or act like her piety and graciousness were any less valuable because she wasn't "fiery" enough. Not all female power has to be represented with brashness and overt sexuality, especially if that wasn't who the woman truly was.

Wish they had kept Rebecca Feurgeson at least as the White Queen.  I guess she didn't want to do it but it would have been a nice touch. Will we see any cameos from the cast of the White Queen in this sequel?

The diversion from the books is quite evident. From the trailer its quite clear that Lizzie is not the wife who does nothing but bear children and support her husband. This is the secretive and ambitious version of Elizabeth and I love it. It may not have been so in reality, but hey she didn't sleep with her uncle in reality either. And compared to that sick made up portrayal of history by Phillippa Gregory she has no right to coplain that Starz changed the plot of her books cause she changed history in her books.

Wished you would give us a second season of this, the cast, character development, the story is so good, the finale was left open for another season episodes. Yes, there's the Spanish queen but its not this series though.

I have never been more excited for something in my life. I adore Elizabeth of York and the story between herself and Henry. It will be interesting, however, to see how much they take from the book and perhaps how much they take from actual history itself. For, while I did enjoy the book, I wasn't too pleased with how Gregory potrayed a few things. Then again, that seems to always be the case in historical remakes of the sorts.

"All I ever wanted was to marry a man for love." What was the writer thinking? Elizabeth of York might have though about that but there's no way she wanted to pursue it for she's a princess. Therefore, she'd be married to a man of royal/noble blood for political alliance. Even if she and her siblings were declared as bastards by their uncle, she was still promised to have a good marriage. That was one of the conditions her mother asked from her uncle to publicly swear before she and her daughters would leave sanctuary. Duh. This is what happens when 21st century people make period dramas. They tend to inject modern standards and norms. Although not all. There are quite a few good period dramas out there. The script, story, dialogue and plot in this show are just terrible.
