Dear Sir, My wife underwent ET and after 2 Weeks - the HCG level showed 860.60 mlU/ml and then doctor repeated the test - one day gap - which shows the hcg has risen to 1587.20 mlU/ml. The doctor has suggested a scan for next week. I had 2 ques, 1. is it safe to assume my wife is pregnant ? 2. Looking at the high hcg levels are there any chance of multiple pregnancies. (twins)

2 weeks back embro transfer, due to bleeding on 11th day as doctor suggested done HCG, report came with 72 mIU/ml.
Repeated on 14 day, now it is 418 mIU/ml. Is this ok? On daily progesterone injection.

First of all thank you for all the informative videos...it is really helpful. 🙏
My beta hcg level after 5 days embroy transfer on 14th day was 161 and after 48 hours on 16th day it is 200. Hcg growth seems to be slow...i have consulted my ivf doctor. He says wait for another 10 days and then we will do ultrasound to understand status.
Additionally progesterone and pubergen and lomoh all 3 injections
are given daily along with other medicines.
My concern is that i am pcod patient with 40 yrs age and during ovum pick up they have taken 18 eggs...
Do i have the possibility of real pregancy or chemical or ectopic pregancy...
Because if early detected i I don't have to go through physical and mental trauma....as since last 11 years i have patiently going through

Hy sir!! i had my last period on 11th novemebr but on dec period was stopped by doctor.I have irregular periods too.ET was done on 30th of dec and hcg test was done today on 14th jan..the value was 30.19..i did urine test also at home which showed negative but it was not the morning urine..my doctor has said hcg report is doubtful and to do another test next day..what does it mean sir? I was getting injections also after ET

What does this show? Should i continue ivf medication or stop? Nothing showing on scan? When to go for scan to rule out ectopic ? Please help sir!
