them two stroke diesels don't have any starting aids on them but sound cool.my brotherhas a 79 brigadier with a 6-71 detroit

And those Toyota pickups are idling before ya even turned the key. Glad you don't use ether. It bends the rods and wrist pins and the pistons travel shorter then they should. Less compression and the motor has become an ether addict.
