Khabib Nurmagomedov UFC 229 Post-fight Press Conference

UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov tells the media that he did not show his “best side” by jumping over the cage and attacking Conor McGregor’s team at UFC 229 and apologizes, but points to all of the antics from McGregor leading up to the fight. Khabib also says MMA is a respect sport and shouldn’t be about trash talk, while adding that he expects his dad to “smash him” when he gets home. Nurmagomedov also discusses a phone call he received from Vladimir Putin after defending his lightweight title.

I'm White, Christian, American, & not a die hard fan but I am a Conor fan. With that being said I agree with Khabib's 200%! Conor runs his mouth too much and took it too far on this one. Khabib was very respectful and he just snapped

Edit: The reason I called out my race and religion is because in today’s society, especially America, people are taught to believe white Christian’s are terrible/racist people. Trust me, I’d prefer to look at each of us as humans and not by color but the media is trying their hardest to push another narrative. My point is that most of us are just people and don’t choose sides over race, religion or politics.
