Stephen A., Khabib Nurmagomedov, Dana White react to UFC 229 post-fight brawl

After a postfight brawl between Khabib Nurmagomedov and his team and Conor McGregor and his camp at UFC 229, many provide their reactions to the incident, including Stephen A. Smith calling it “classless” and saying there is “no excuse for it." UFC president Dana White adds that he “couldn’t be more disappointed” with Khabib’s actions and lightweight contender Tony Ferguson says it “embarrassed Dana, embrassed the UFC and it embarrassed the sport.” Ariel Helwani explains that after all that the sport of mixed martial arts has worked to get the world watching, seeing an incident like this is almost “heartbreaking.”

You'll see the hypocrisy of the media. Connor's been attacking like a thug for years now, including the bus attack. Drinking, insulting, family, religion, friends etc. and Khabib took it all. And now Khabib is the bad guy? Btw the guy who attacked Connor in the cage, rewind the tape..Connor started attacking him first. Khabib said in the press conference he made a mistake. But dont't be a hypocrites and overlook countless Connor mistakes.

Seems like the media is on Connors side and all these comments are saying otherwise. I understand what khabib did was wrong (so did he) but tbh after all the personal trash talking it's got to get to you at some point.

Edit: So to makes things clear what Khabib did was WRONG, but my point is that it is justified and I would have liked an unbiased portrayal of both fighters from the media. That's all, don't see why people are getting pissy over a opinion smh.
