My Simple Optimized function for converting integers to bytes in Python/Cython

So one of my friends recently asked me to make one of these so I said ok Fuck it I'll do it. Im posting it here so that you can see that type of stuff I have been doing on my other channel Vizonex Builds and I'm actually planning to more more of my programming stuff over to this place since its not in the lego topic .This change will happen very soon but this is a start . I hope you enjoyed by look at my int to byte conversion function.
